Breakfast
Unfortunately, we don’t offer breakfast in our small hotel. However, as we are located right in the town center, there are several bakeries and cafés in the immediate vicinity.
Bäckerei Hetzinger Open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m.
Bäckerei Maurer Open Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m., Sunday from 8:00 a.m.
Ama Deli Open daily from 9:00 a.m.
LOFT Coffee Sweets More Open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m.
Check-in
Our reception desk is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Check-in on Mondays and Tuesdays is via our key box.
For earlier or later arrival times, we can also place the room key in our key box. If you will be arriving before our reception desk opens, please let us know one day before your arrival.
Check-out
Our reception desk is not staffed in the mornings.
For this reason, we ask that you pay either at check-in or online.
We kindly ask that you leave your room key in the door from the outside when you check out. This will let housekeeping know when they can clean the room.
Coffee machine
Please note that many power sockets are connected to the room’s light switches. To use the coffee machine, make sure the light is switched on – otherwise, the socket won’t supply power.
Parking
As we are located in the middle of the Schorndorf old town, we unfortunately don’t have our own parking spaces,
but you will find the following parking options just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel:
- Bantel parking garage (Karlstraße 12, 73614 Schorndorf, open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
- Fürstenbau parking lot (directly in front of the Bantel parking garage, open all day)
- Arnold Galerie parking garage (Karlstraße 15, 73614 Schorndorf, open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

You are welcome to make a dinner reservation in one of our restaurants from Wednesday to Sunday:
Enjoy our delicious à la carte menu with something for both large and small appetites. We serve a mix of German and international dishes – seasonal, fresh and full of flavor.
Gourmet Restaurant Nico Burkhardt (1 Michelin star)
At Gourmet Restaurant Nico Burkhardt, we offer a single set menu with your choice of 4, 5, 6, or 7 courses.
In an intimate setting with just 8 seats, you’ll enjoy a culinary experience that delights both the palate and the eye.
Reservations are required.
Room cleaning
Please use the little traffic light in your room to let housekeeping know when cleaning is welcome or when you would rather not to be disturbed.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel, including all guest rooms.
In the event of non-compliance, a €150.00 cleaning and cancellation fee will be charged, as the room cannot be rebooked for at least one night.
Guests who wish to smoke are kindly asked to use our roof terrace on the gallery level, where ashtrays are also available.
Towels
If you would like fresh towels, please leave the used ones on the floor.
If you prefer to reuse them, simply hang them up – we won’t replace them.
